1950’s Sock-Hop Oogie Boogie
Oogie Boogie is a fun character to interpret. For this one, we chose (hubs had the inspiration!) to do his roulette wheel as the skirt, and make it and the shirt glow in the dark. And of course, me and my aversion to all things creepy, kept this one in the realm of cute and spunky!
All glow-in-the-dark elements in the skirt are done with cricut, as are all the black elements. The shirt itself is made of this weird glow-in-the-dark fabric I happened to stumble across.
