1950’s Snow White
Disneybounding has been my respite for years as I continue costuming and cosplaying. This 1952 vintage Snow White is my official favorite of all the looks I’ve created. Using Butterick 6018 provided the perfect base for the dress. I love that I could incorporate my signature covered buttons and again use the gorgeous Swiss Dot Voile remnants I had from Eilonwy. As always, if possible, it does indeed have pockets!
The various fabrics are:
Bodice: Chambray
Collar: White Cotton Embroidered Swiss Dot Voile
Sleeve Cuffs: Red Quilting Cotton
Plaid Skirt: Yellow Plaid Spoonflower Cotton
In addition, I made the white stretch pleather gloves from Butterick 5370. To my delight, I had the time to hand embroider them!
