Modern Vintage Southern Belle

As a fan of all things vintage, I’m rather fond of fluffy skirts and feminine details. This little ditty was a joy to make up and is so much fun for a Derby Day. I found the fabric at a yard sale of a pittance and added a bit of lace to the neckline to give a touch of visual interest.
