I’ll be the first to admit it: I’m tall. Like too tall for most clothing lines unless they actually have “tall” sizing. When I get on the subway, I rarely ever see a woman taller than me and I’m still a inch or more above most men. It’s great for photos, not so much for “floor-length” dresses that somehow manage to end at my lower calf.<\/p>\n

After a futile search for a pretty maxi to wear on hot days, I finally decided to make one on a whim when I saw this fabric. It’s matte jersey with the gorgeous peonies all over. It feels like butter and never wrinkles which makes it perfect for summer travels and long days that run into evening plans.<\/p>\n\n\n
