I seem to have a love for Aurora as of late. Perhaps because I\u2019m exploring her subconsciously or because I just happen to have those fabrics lying around, begging to be used. In this case, I think it was the latter. The overdress is made of a very sheer polyester voile, which was originally bought for Zelda, though I edited out the piece of the costume it was supposed to make. The dress took 6 months of off- and on-again work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What this post does not tell you is that there is an entire second dress under the overdress. It\u2019s made of cotton voile in the same magenta and is self-lined. It features a tiered hem with different gold hems on each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
