The cosplay has an interesting backstory and creation history. It was never intended to be Princess Celestia! The corset was made for my wedding, the cape for Winter Aurora, the shirt for Prince(ss) Eric. Come Halloween this past year, I wanted to be a unicorn. I hobbled together items from my costume closet and found out I only needed a wig, skirt, and horn to pull off a unicorn. So I did!<\/p>\n

Then I upgraded a few things – added more details to the skirt (all from my stash!) and made a crown from canvas and heat transfer vinyl.<\/p>\n

The wig is Arda’s Candy Striper in Harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n
